If you found a bug
Tell us what you did, what you expected to happen and what happened. It helps a lot to include:
- the Draft version (Settings › General › Updates);
- your Windows version;
- a screenshot, if you can.
Charges and subscription
To cancel or change your payment method use the app: Settings › Account & cloud › Manage subscription, which opens your Lemon Squeezy portal. For any question about a charge or a refund, write to us from the email you paid with and include the order number from the receipt. See also Pricing and Refunds.
Privacy and data
To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, write to us from your account's email. Details in the privacy policy.
