Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Gidan.Dev (“we”, “us”), based in Colombia, for using Draft: the Windows app, the Pro subscription and this website. By creating an account or using Draft you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use Draft.

1. What Draft is

Draft is a visual interface editor. On the Free plan you use the full editor and your projects are saved on your computer. With Pro, your projects are also synced across your computers and your uploaded photos are stored in the cloud.

Draft is in beta: it works, but it may have bugs and change. We recommend keeping copies of anything that matters to you.

2. Your account

You must be of legal age to create an account and subscribe to Pro; if you are a minor, you may use Draft only with the authorization of your mother, father or legal representative. You need an account (email and password, or Google) to use Draft. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your password secret. Tell us at soporte.gidanapps@gmail.com if you think someone got into your account. You can delete your account from the app (Profile).

3. Pro: payments, renewal and cancellation

  • Pro is a monthly or annual subscription. The current price is on the Pricing page and at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. When you pay you also accept its purchase terms.
  • The subscription renews by itself at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the app (Settings › Account & cloud › Manage subscription); Pro lasts until the end of the paid period.
  • If a renewal cannot be collected, Pro stays on for one more day and then the account goes back to Free until the payment is sorted out.
  • Refunds follow the refund policy.
  • If we change the price, we tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before that date.

4. Your content

Your projects, texts and images are yours. To provide the service we only do with them what is needed: store them in the cloud and sync them if you have Pro.

If you publish a project to Community, you allow us to show it to other Draft users, with your name, and to let them copy it into their projects. Posts are reviewed before they are shown and we may reject or remove them. You can ask us to remove a post of yours.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload (for example, third-party photos or logos).

5. The code you copy

You may use, change and distribute the code Draft generates from your designs (“Copy code”) freely, including in commercial projects. Review it before using it: we provide it as is, with no guarantee that it will work in your project.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Draft to:

  • upload or publish content that is illegal, infringes other people's rights, or is misleading or harmful;
  • try to get into other people's accounts or data, or into our systems without permission;
  • interfere with the service, overload it or automate its use abusively;
  • resell or redistribute the app as your own.

7. Third-party services

Draft relies on third-party services (Google Firebase for accounts and the cloud, Lemon Squeezy for payments, GitHub for downloads and updates). If you use the content assistant with your own key from an artificial-intelligence provider, that relationship is between you and that provider. More in the privacy policy.

8. Changes and availability

We may improve, change or stop offering features. If we stop offering Pro, we give you reasonable notice and do not charge you for later periods. We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

9. Warranties and liability

To the extent the law allows, Draft is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data, revenue or profits. Where the law makes us liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the event. None of this limits the rights consumer protection law gives you in your country.

10. Suspension and closing

You can stop using Draft and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; for something serious, without prior notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules that apply where you live. If you are a consumer in Colombia, you can also go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

12. Changes to these terms

If we change them, we publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is important, we tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
